Jacklyn Steinberg is a skilled and passionate disability attorney and partner at SSA Lawyers, where she focuses on Social Security Disability and veterans disability claims. With a career rooted in a lifetime of exposure to disability law, Jacklyn literally grew up in the practice — working at the firm since childhood and developing a deep understanding of the legal and human sides of the disability process.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 2008, followed by her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2013. Shortly after graduating, she began practicing as an accredited disability claims representative, later gaining admission to the Missouri Bar in 2021.

The United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims
All Administrative levels before the Social Security Administration

and Department of Veterans Affairs

She is also a proud member of the

National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR)

Personal Background

Outside of her legal practice, Jacklyn enjoys writing, yoga, traveling, and comedy. She is driven by a deep commitment to client care and works tirelessly to ensure that every individual receives the attention, respect, and representation they deserve.
